How it Started

Our history is in the institutional/traditional church model where we found so many believers looking for “something more.”  It seems that the life of pew sitting believers lacked the action demonstrated by Jesus and people wanted to experience the “more” that comes with following Jesus.  So, in 2017, after years of success in foreign missions seeing great results we started The Bread Global with a passion for seeing disciples of Jesus live the “more” they were longing for.

Today, we still work in the foreign mission fields where things started, but now we have a passion to see this same multiplication of disciples become part of the everyday believers life in the U.S.A.  Since our founding we have struggled through learning what it takes to see the same effectiveness demonstrated overseas happen in the U.S.A. and have learned a great deal in that time.  Now, through intentional engagement as a community, we are seeing everyday believers living a “more” fulfilled life with Jesus as they Engage, Model and Empower others to live with Christ every day.
